Paul LeCours is not just a Master Plumber; he's a leader, a problem-solver, and a people person with an unwavering commitment to integrity. His remarkable ability to connect with people stems from lifelong lessons instilled by his grandfather: always strive to do the right thing.

Paul's journey in the plumbing industry began humbly as an apprentice in 2007. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence and knowledge, he obtained his master plumbing license and  founded his own thriving business.

With over 17 years of hands-on experience, Paul has become a seasoned expert in all things plumbing, specializing in boiler system diagnostics and installations. 

Outside of work, Paul cherishes spending time with his family, often found cheering on his kids at hockey games. When he's not on the sidelines, you might catch him hitting the open road on his motorcycle or attempting to improve his golf game, albeit with mixed results.

Paul's story is a testament to the power of determination and perseverance.  From his early days as an apprentice to his current role as a business owner Paul continues to exemplify what it means to turn dreams into reality through hard work and integrity. 

Office Manager

Justine LeCours is the heartbeat of our business, serving as the Office Manager and expertly managing all non-plumbing facets of our business. From meticulous bookkeeping and efficient scheduling to crafting compelling correspondence and strategic marketing, Justine's diverse skill set keeps our business running like a well-oiled machine.

With a background in managing a bustling household of five for 16 years, Justine's transition to entrepreneurship alongside Paul, was a natural evolution.  Together they leverage their collective strengths to drive the success of Paul’s Plumbing and Heating LLC.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Justine finds her greatest joy in witnessing the growth and development of her three children. Their journey to becoming their authentic selves serves as her greatest source of pride and fulfillment.

In her rare moments of leisure, Justine can be found immersed in the pages of a book or embarking on a new project.

Justine's dedication, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to excellence are the cornerstones of our team, ensuring that we navigate every challenge with grace and achieve success in all our endeavors.

Plumber Apprentice-Ready to Test

Marc Bonadies brings a wealth of experience and an insatiable thirst for knowledge to Paul’s Plumbing and Heating LLC. With nearly two decades in the trades under his belt, Marc's expertise spans a wide range of skills, making him a valuable asset to our team. His personal motto, "we are only limited by our willingness to learn," reflects his relentless dedication to self-improvement and growth.

Marc has worked in various trades over the years and has accumulated six years of hands-on experience in the plumbing trade.  His commitment to mastering his craft is evident in his approach to every task he undertakes. 

Beyond the workplace, Marc's greatest joy comes from raising his two daughters as a single father. He treasures the time spent with his girls, often taking them camping and sharing his bushcraft skills with them.  Marc has also accomplished seven years of sobriety.  This achievement speaks to his strength, resilience, and unwavering determination to overcome challenges and better himself.

With his boundless enthusiasm for learning and adapting, Marc continues to inspire those around him, embodying the spirit of growth and perseverance in both his personal and professional endeavors.

Plumber Apprentice

Evan LeCours is a young and eager learner, diving headfirst into the world of plumbing.  Since transitioning into adulthood, Evan has been exploring the realities of life beyond high school, with a keen interest in the trades. Having grown up around plumbing as Paul’s son, Evan began assisting on projects from the age of 16, gaining invaluable hands-on experience alongside his dad.

Driven by a relentless desire to learn and grow, Evan is open to exploring various avenues within the realm of trades, even as he considers following in his father's footsteps. His primary goal is simple: to absorb as much knowledge and experience as possible.

While his professional path unfolds, Evan remains close to home. He spends most of his spare time with his girlfriend, yet never fails to drop by his mama's house, spreading cheer with treats for his siblings.

Amidst his exploration of adulthood, Evan nurtures a dream of building his very own motorcycle, a tangible symbol of his adventurous spirit and determination to pursue his passions.

In a world full of possibilities, Evan's enthusiasm and eagerness to learn serve as guiding lights, propelling him forward on his quest for personal and professional growth.
